We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
To start a return, contact us at miller1products1@gmail.com or (201) 973-3379. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please reach us at miller1products1@gmail.com or (201) 973-3379 within 24 hours of purchasing. Any cancellations outside of this period will not be eligible for cancellation.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
